Last night, Two Roads Development and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing unveiled the sales gallery for EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater, the hotel brand’s first exclusively residential building in the area. Guests—including Miami’s mayor, Francis Suarez—gathered at the waterfront gallery for the affair, presented in partnership with CULTURED

“With bold architectural details envisioned by Arquitectonica, the building itself is a work of art, and our sales gallery gives buyers a taste of what they can expect from their future homes in terms of the exceptional service, refined design, and one-of-a-kind lifestyle that awaits them,” said the developer and managing partner of Two Roads Development, Taylor Collins.

Reaching 649 feet into the sky, The Residences, designed by architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, will feature 185 bespoke apartments with interiors by Studio Munge, as well as a range of amenity spaces, such as its two resort style pools, library, bayfront garden terraces, fine dining restaurant, cinema, virtual reality gaming room, and fitness facility.

At the launch event, guests were treated to a set by DJ Ruckus and mezcal cocktails courtesy of Mezcal Amarás. After the sun had fully gone down, a customized drone show took its place in the sky, dazzling attendees with an outline of the skyscraper at 2121 North Bayshore Drive, only a stone’s throw from the sales gallery located at 2060 North Bayshore Drive, Ste. B-101.
