On February 23, Cultured and PAMM invited SOBE WFF attendees to a dinner celebrating Vik Muniz. The menu featured dishes by Daniel Boulud and Claude Troisgros that were inspired by the renowned Brazilian artist, preceded by a cocktail with canapés by Verde’s own Freddie Martinez. In attendance was PAMM’s director Franklin Sirmans, Paul Chevalier and Erika Benincasa. As dessert was served, Cultured‘s editor-in-chief Sarah Harrelson moderated a conversation with the artist and the three chefs.
