On Monday afternoon in Montecito, Mytheresa North America President Carly Rosenberg, CULTURED Editor-in-Chief Sarah Harrelson, and Moon Juice founder Amanda Chantal Bacon gathered their communities for an intimate luncheon celebrating fine jewelry and the White Buffalo Land Trust. A tightly-curated cadre of guests drifted between long, flower-lined tables and the adjoining patio at San Ysidro Ranch, where Mytheresa’s jewelry edit was displayed for leisurely browsing (and just the right take-home memento).

The Occasion: The luncheon and festive trunk show supported the important endeavors of the White Buffalo Land Trust, which addresses climate and food system insecurity through education in and promotion of regenerative agriculture. Guests could shop fine jewelry pieces in-person during the event, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the organization.

The Scene: Set within the lush grounds of San Ysidro Ranch, cocktails and shopping unfolded on the property’s patio, before attendees traveled indoors to the Veranda restaurant for a meal. Lush greenery and sunlight framed the seating as the sound of laughter and clinking glasses filtered through the space.

The Crowd: Guests included photographers Gray Malin and Stewart Shining; patrons Carlton and Sarah DeWoody; entrepreneurs Marina Cortbawi, Matt Albiani, and Julie Schott; lifestyle tastemakers Kate Kim Shah and Samantha Wennerstrom; author Leslie Zemeckis; and designer Maj Henriques.

Food and Drink: A seasonal menu of California fare unfolded over several courses, including heirloom tomato gazpacho, grilled tiger prawns herb-crusted halibut, baby squash and sweet corn risotto, and a lemon tart with elderflower chantilly to close.

Parting Gift: Guests were able to bring a taste of their outing home, tucking the latest edition of CULTURED—the Entertainers Issue—into bags as they departed from the ranch.
