Cultured Welcomes FFORME to Beverly Hills

Line, texture, volume, detail: these are the principles guiding womenswear label FFORME. What lifts the brand above the heap is its architectural approach to the female form. Exaggerated necklines, sloping shoulders, and streamlined detailing transform its debut collection, Edition 01, into covetable pieces.

Yesterday, October 11, at the Maybourne Beverly Hills, an impressive array of all-female guests were invited to try on the new line for themselves at a luncheon hosted by Cultured. From the hotel’s sunny terrace, founders Laura Vazquez and Nina Khosla explained their vision for their brand: when a woman walks in wearing FFORME, her outfit should say something not just about her literal clothing, but also about what she’s thinking. Their woman appreciates investment pieces, modern design, and quality over quantity.

Joining Cultured's founder Sarah Harrelson at the luncheon was LA jewelry designer Daniela Villegas, interior designer Nina Takesh, Into The Night co-founder Esther Kim Varet, Harper’s Bazaar editor Amanda Alagem, and actress Meredith Salenger, among others.

Designed by creative director Paul Helbers, who launched menswear at The Row after working previously at Maison Margiela and Louis Vuitton, the debut collection features a range of sophisticated fashion wear, from draped tees and  oversized wool coats, to elegantly-tapered knitwear and loose slacks.

Edition 01 is available to shop now online.
